Sixers Trade Korver; My Thoughts

I understand what the Sixers are trying to accomplish with this move. I know they want to clear out as much cap space as possible. They STILL have work to do however, they do not have enough under the cap at the moment to give a "superstar free agent" a "max" deal which is probably what it's gonna take to turn this franchise around. Getting a first round pick for Korver is great although lottery protected. I think a part of me is just missing Korver, I always thought he was going to be one of the pieces to the rebuilding puzzle. On the bright side it's a good move, and gives guys like Carney and Young more time. In the end it's still a great move , just sometimes you have to part with players you like.
